Cancellation Policy
Booking, Cancellation, and Rescheduling Policy (1-on-1 Classes) To ensure proper scheduling and mutual respect for time, the following policies apply to all private (1-on-1) classes: 1. Booking Classes • Classes must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. • Classes can be scheduled up to 2 weeks in advance. • Booking is available only to registered site members. 2. Cancellations (Student) • Students may cancel their classes up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund or make-up class. • Only registered members can manage their own cancellations. 3. Rescheduling • Classes can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the start time. • Changes are not allowed within 24 hours of the scheduled class. • Rescheduling is available exclusively to registered members. 4. Teacher Cancellations • In the rare event that the teacher needs to cancel a class, students will be notified as soon as possible. • The student will have the option to reschedule the class at no additional cost. • Any teacher-initiated cancellation will not result in the loss of the session for the student. 5. General Considerations • Students are encouraged to plan ahead to ensure availability. • These policies are designed to maintain service quality and respect scheduled time slots.
